Who Is OptimusTrust

OptimusTrust: management consulting and training in Zahlé, Lebanon

OptimusTrust (also written Optimus) is a consulting and training firm founded in 2007 and based in Zahlé in the Bekaa. Led by its founder and CEO, Dr. Hasan Al Ali, it works with public institutions, financial entities, corporations, educational organisations and international partners on strategy, governance, quality, organisational transformation and professional development.

The firm is a member of the EFQM Global Community Network, runs an IELTS centre in partnership with the British Council, and has cooperation agreements with Informa Connect Academy and other institutions. The full picture is on optimustrust.com. The rest of this page is about how that website was built.

The challenge

The existing OptimusTrust website was outdated. For a firm whose business is strategy, governance and quality, and whose partners include EFQM and the British Council, a generic site with thin copy undersold everything the company actually does.

Reworking the old site page by page would have kept its structure, its template and its limitations. The honest recommendation was to start over with a clean design and content written for the firm as it is today.

The goal

A brand-new website that reflects what OptimusTrust actually is in 2026: an internationally connected consulting and training firm, not a generic services page.

Clean code, a design the team could be proud to send to partners like EFQM and the British Council, content written properly, and a setup they could keep updating themselves.

A consulting firm sells trust. The site has to earn it.

Partners and clients judge a firm by its website before they ever meet it. That meant a fresh build, not a facelift.

What I Built

The OptimusTrust website: from an outdated site to a clean new build

Three workstreams, one person, three to four weeks. Nothing from the old site was carried over except the domain and the brand.

  1. Design

A new visual direction for a firm that deals with governance, quality and international partners: clear structure, credible typography, and a homepage that says what OptimusTrust does and for whom. Mobile-first, since most first visits come from a phone after a meeting or a WhatsApp message.

  2. Content

The old site's copy was generic. I rewrote it around the firm's real work: its service domains, its purpose, vision and mission, its partnerships and its news, so the site reads like the company rather than a template.

  3. Development

A fresh WordPress installation built with Elementor: Home, About, Services, News and Contact, with contact routes by phone, email and WhatsApp. Clean structure, compressed images, and a technical SEO foundation so the new pages could be indexed properly from day one.

Who Did What

One person, three jobs

A site like this usually passes through a designer, a copywriter and a developer. Here it was one thread the whole way.

OptimusTrust and the website project: FAQ

What is OptimusTrust?

OptimusTrust, also written Optimus, is a management consulting and professional training firm founded in 2007 and based in Zahlé, Lebanon. Who built the OptimusTrust website?

Omar Halabi, a web developer and digital advisor in Beirut, designed, wrote and developed the new optimustrust.com on WordPress and Elementor. The project took three to four weeks and launched in January 2026.

Why build a new website instead of updating the old one?

Updating page by page keeps the old structure, template and limitations. A fresh build lets the design, content and code match the firm as it is today. For a consulting firm whose reputation depends on credibility, that was the right call.

My website is outdated. Can you build a new one?

Yes. It starts with a free review of your current site and what can be kept (usually the domain, the brand and some content). From there, a new corporate website typically takes three to five weeks. Get in touch and I will tell you what your site actually needs.
